You must consult a physician and take proper medicines- bronchodilators and antibiotic. If ignored, lung infections can culminate into pneumonia.

Summary of Medical Question:

Septate Hymen

Posted by:

Anonymous

I have a broken septate hymen and most of it turned black and i pulled it off about a year and a half ago. But some of it is still hanging there and there are days when its so uncomfortable that I have to leave work. The other day I had enough and sat for 5 hours in the urgent care. When I final saw a doctor he told me that he could see why it was uncomfortable because it is hanging off of my ureathra. Which is why I pee every 5 minutes. Now, he is sending me for day surgery to get rid of the stupid thing, but that could be months. What do I do in the mean time? Its incredibly uncomfortable hanging there.

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

There is no other option, it has to be removed surgically.

Summary of Medical Question:

Anger

Posted by:

Monica love

I'm 18 years old, with a high stress level. For the past couple weeks I haven't had an appetite. I had been eating maybe once a day. Well the past couple days I have been able to eat anything. When I tried to force myself to eat (even my favorite foods) disqust me and made me vomit. Now I haven't eaten in over 36 hours. I have also been feeling really cold then my body gets real hot. I've been shaking and feeling weak at the knees. Also with my stress so high I have been having suicidel thoughts and feeling depressed and angry. Marijauna is the only thing that helps me with all symtoms, but is that right? What will a doctor do for me? Is it worth the money going to get checked? Or is it something I can do myself? What do I do?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

You are under depression and you must consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. Secondly take some exercises- go for long walks.

Summary of Medical Question:

Staph Indection

Posted by:

Jeff

I had a boil lanced, on the 9th of August. Samples came back positive for MRSA. Was prescribed Bactrim DS 800/160 on the 16th. Wound continued to worsen, went in the 18th to have wound open up and cleaned out (12 stiches) was given Vancomycin IV during surgery. Have continued the bactrim. Wound seems to be getting worse again (more puss coming out). I am seeing an infectious disease specialist on monday. What would you recommend?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

The infection seems to be by a highly resistant organism. Please get the pus tested for culture and sensitivity and according to the test report, appropriate antibiotic should be given. The tests will have to be repeated after every few days and antibiotics will be adjusted according to each report.

Lumps in fatty tissue?

I have noticed tons of little lumps of various sizes under my skin which seem to be in fatty areas. I can feel them in the inner thigh, inner upper arm and upper stomach areas(from under breasts to above belly button). They do not hurt at all. Very concerned that they could be lymph nodes, although i do think there are way to many for that to be the case. I am hoping that fatty tissue just feels this way but am freaking my self out that this is not the cause. Please help!!

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

It could be neurofibroma for which there is no treatment. A biopsy can confirm the diagnosis. Please consult a surgeon/ neuro- surgeon.
