Hello Sir
I am an international student studying in the US.I have been having a weird leg pain for the last 3-4 years and as I am poor I can't get help with money. I am an aspiring college tennis player and I need to run but Ii can't run due to it.When I start running my lower leg becomes stiff, hamstrings become stiff and my leg starts paining and I can't run for more than 5 minutes.I have no problem walking,but I can't walk fast or neither can I walk uphill.Again when I walk uphill my lower leg becomes stiff and starts paining.After I have rested for a while my pain goes away.I am 5 feet 8 inches and 226lbs.I started playing tennis 5 years ago and the pain start after a couple of years playing tennis and now it looks like it has become permanent.I also feel heavy in my legs.So can somebody please help me, advice me and diagnose with the symptoms what my problem is in my leg?Please somebody help me?

I've been on birth control for a month. Usely i use a condom but the last two times i've had sex the guy has cum inside. For some reason the next day i've got really nausea and would be sick. is that normal? maybe has something to do with the birth control i'm taking? i'm just really confused and embarrased. i would just like to know if it's normal or i should switch birth controls. the birth control i'm taking is trinessa if it helps. thank you for your time

I have quite a lot of mental problems (I think these would be classed as mental problems?) and I am not sure whether anything can be done about them but I have felt like this for a few years and my life is slowly getting less and less as I now spend 90% of it in bed and the rest walking around my house because I feel to uneasy/paranoid outside. I also apologise for the way I have written this but this was the only way I could write down what I can feel in my head.

I am always tired
I obsess about everything and think everyone is against me
I feel like people are watching me
I find it very difficult to talk to people, including people I have known all my life e.g. family members (I usually end up just mumbling a few words and then getting confused about what I am trying to say/ask)
I don’t trust friends or family and obsess about things said or done and think people are against me and try to put me down on purpose
I sometimes feel sick and start to sweat caused by simple things like when I am waiting in line alone (with no friends with me) because there are other people around me
I feel that I don’t fit in with people and am almost afraid to have a personality and let people know who I am and what I am like e.g. things that make me happy or sad, things I don’t like people to say
I forget why I am doing things
I forget to do things a lot
I find it very difficult to learn new things
I find it difficult to focus on anything even things I enjoy doing
My mind wanders from conversations/activities and I cant control things I am thinking a lot of the time
Thoughts race around my head from one topic to another, If I am trying to concentrate on one thing it feel like there is a lot of people talking at the same time distracting me
My head feels foggy/cloudy and I struggle to find things in my mind even when I know them well
I find it very hard to make decisions or trust any decisions I made
I find it very hard to follow written or spoken instructions even though they are sometimes very simple
I have to check things I have done over and over again because I am never sure what I have done for example while writing this I have to check 3,4,5 and sometimes more times what I have written and remove the things I have written multiple times without realising (this also happens when talking, I tend to repeat myself and don’t know until someone points it out)
I find it difficult to work out whether something is a compliment or if the person is been sarcastic which causes me to be suspicious of people and quick to anger
I feel there is no point in life or trying to have nice things/good jobs
I don’t enjoy the things I used to and have to almost force myself to laugh at things even though I know they are funny
I have thoughts of dying
I am tempted to (but never have so far) take overdoses of drugs e.g. anadin extra, ibuprofen, prescription tablets etc…
I feel to paranoid to do new things or meet new people (even to see my doctor about these problems)


I apologise for the long question, I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me as I rarely even go outside of my house now because of these problems, I also quite my job because of this and am afraid to go back into work. I am a 20 year old male and feel I am missing out on a lot of life.

what antibiotic should I use?

2 months ago I backhanded a nail. It punctured. I got an infection, took antibiotics and killed the infection. I still had a lump, went to Dr. He said it was a residual fluid build up. He took xray, and exsasperated the lump. Lab checked the fluid. All was OK. I've been taking Ibu and the lump has been slowly going away. I have had cramping and pain in my middle, ring, and pinky fingers since this started, centered in my ring finger. A week ago I started getting pain in my ring finger knuckle, followed by swelling. My knuckle is red and warm. I took Leviquin for 4 days (all I had), and the swelling stopped growing, but still present. I have Penicilin, Ampicilin, & Amoxicilin. Which one should I take? I am disabled, with no Med Ins. Trying to get SSDI. I can't afford to go again to the doctor. Please help.

No period for 3 years

Hi,
I am an 18 year old girl who is 5'5" and weighs around 110 lbs. I have not had my period for almost 3 years as of next month. I first had my period when I was 12 years old. I lost it when I was 15, and during this time I became underweight for the next 2 years. I weighed in the 90 lb range. Over the last year I have gained 15 lbs, but I still do not have my period. I also have extreme cravings, and I binge on complete junk food in large amounts, uncontrollably, almost everyday. Why do I have such out of control cravings? And why have I not had my period yet?

papule on hard palate

sorry for the earlier post. i have a papule on my hard palae, midline, i noticed last month. it started when i was eating chips and it started as a red nodule, after 2 days, it became same color as my palate, non cystic, no fluid inside, smooth round nodule, fleshy i think, non painful. up to now it is the same size and consistency.i was just bothered cos another one appeared far from it, more lateral and anterior...what could i have...thank you

I was woken this morning with a strong pain in my left hand as if i had stabbed it with a needle. There is a small puncture wound in my left palm and i now have a pins and needles sensation tracking up to my left elbow. My left palm is still painful and the entire area feels extremely hot. The area surrounding the puncture is also numb. It doesn't appear to be particularly swollen or red although the skin in the immediate vicinity of the puncture (1 cm squared) does appear to be raised slightly. I also feel slightly light headed. Any advice on how i should proceed would be greatly appreciated.

i have had a low temp 101 and lower since Tues. Tues-Thurs. I have a temp of 99.5 now. I'm a teacher and have already missed 2 days of work and would like to go back to work tomorrow. The good teacher says stay home and don't get any one else sick, but the employee in me knows my students need their teacher back and I feel okay. Should I go to school tomorrow?
