Poorva, you have a girl child or Laxmi in your home, what else do you need? You have serious medical problems and may end up in lots of complications if you conceive. Please tell your husband to get his vasectomy (NSV) done. If you want another child, adopt one.

Marat, after playing ice hockey, you mind gets activated and you might be feeling fresh. It's good. Use this time for personal development- reading, meditation or whatever you like. No point in inducing sleep by a drug.

Summary of Medical Question:

Odd mole

Posted by:

Chris

I have an odd mole located on my inner thigh that I have had for as long as I remember. It has been bothering my recently and I decided to do some research on mole issues and concerns. It gets very irritated at times (Soreness and itchiness) and last night I noticed it was peeling and had a little puss coming out of the side. It is not all that wide but it feels like it goes down deep under my skin, the mole is very hard and you can feel the stiffness underneath as well. Any advice would be lovely. My first instinct is to go to the doctor of course, but what could this be? I would like to be able to find some better answers to put my mind at ease until I go to get help.

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Chris, skin moles are notorious and can convert into cancers. Please take it seriously and get it examined by a sugeon at the earliest. If advised, pleased get it removed (excised).

Summary of Medical Question:

Fatigue

Posted by:

Sunday

Im 19 and live very active life. But lately have been tired all the time despite a change in diet and more sleep. I also have trouble focusing. Im doing less at the moment having just finished my competition season and have 2 weeks off work. All im doing is my exams so my energy expenditure is way less than normal. this year i have been more sick than normal, most recently the flu turned chest infection 2 weeks ago, i also developed exercise induced cough early in the year which progressivly is worstning to mor asthma type symptoms. I injure more easily and have found my recovery from exercie is slow. Is there a way to get my energy back? I can barely get through a whole day!

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Firstly, you take a break for a week and have complete rest and then only start your preparations for exam. Secondly, if you really suspect something seriously wrong with your body, get a complete blood count and blood test for sugar, thyroid functions- T3, T4, TSH and urine examination- routine and microscopic. If cough is for more than 3 weeks, get an x-ray chest PA view and sputum examination for AFB. Depending on the reports treatment may be required, especially respiratory infection need to be treated by a proper course of antibiotic. After you feel alright, start taking regular exercises. I am sure you will be fit very soon.

i would like to know having fibromylgia and ostoarthrites together .can it it be worst together

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Since their symptoms are similar- muscle pain, morning stiffness and restricted movements. However, osteoarthritis is generally more focussed on joints and fibromyalgia is more wide spread. Rarely both the problems can be together. But, whatever be the situation, regular exercises can keep both the conditions under control.Take regular exercises.

I am 24 fit and healthy. Ok i keep getting a blocked ear the next day after I haved had an alcoholic drink...the blocked ear lasts all day the next day and is quiet painful... i also hear a ringing noise at night time when it is blocked?? what could this be??

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Ear and throat are connected by a tube and any problem in throat may give a feeling of blocked ear. It may be potentiated by wax in ear. Ear drops are available for dissolving ear wax. Secondly, try some other barnd of alcohol that may not disturb your throat.
