Premature Ejaculation

Posted by:

gilberto

Hello, I've been suffering from premature ejaculation for quite some time now. I've done some research online and have came accross some remedies like climinax? Is this supplement safe and can it work? I also read about Deferol being pretty good. I would like some feedback. Thank you

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Gilberto, try any drug like cialis. If you are taking antianginal drugs, then you should not take cialis.

unidentified mass periumbelical region

Posted by:

k

i have an unidentified mass around 4 cm in size. this mass is rock hard and hurts to be pressed on. i have on and off sharp pains and cramp like pains also dull pains. i have cysts on my ovaries and an area of free fuid around the mass and bowel loops that wre found in a stomach ct scan. my daily symptoms are nausea, pain elarged lower stomach, water retention in hands, dizziness, indigestion and heartburn, fatigue, sensations of movement in stomach, regurgitation of water and food into mouth after eating and drinking. i was told the next step would be exploratory surgery of the stomach. i have not had a pelvic ultrasound. would sugery be the next step to take or should it be mri or ultrasound? cancers run in my family worried about cancer. had displasia earlier this year. could my symptoms be caused from a complication of leep surgery? urine preg tests were negative. what is this mass?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Please get ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis done, it may rule out growth, cancer or stone. Also pregnancy test may be repeated to rule out ectopic pregnancy. If these tests remain clueless then exploratory surgery is the last resort. Please consult a gynecologist and get the tests at the earliest.

jess

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reply to my question.
What im really wanting to know is there some source or disorder that can cause multiple infections ? I know all of the conditions can be helped but why would my body let me get 6 or 7 things at a time? As for the removal of my uterus, thats not an opption for me at this point. Im only 22 and and i want a family someday.

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Jess, many different medical problems are only by chance factor. There is no correlation between them. Regular exercises facilitate better functioning of body organs. Sorry we have no definite answer for you.

Summary of Medical Question:

multiple bodily infections,why?? Isnt normal!!

Posted by:

Jess

Hello. My name is jess. Im a 22year old female. The only health condition that i have that wont go away even after 4 surgries is endometriosis it just keeps getting worse over the years, had it since age14. The problem that i am facing now and cannot understand is: Are there any conditions or underlyning medical problems that may be a little harder to find if you dont know what you are looking for when it comes to having multiply infections? As of the week(not enough space to tell about whole month) I current have the flu, kidney infection, complete UTI, sinus infection, oh, and ive been passing kidney stones all day or at least for the last 18 hours. Ive gotten used to staying sick over the years but up until this month have i ever had more than 2 infections. Also my wisdom teeth are growing through my back jaw Bone! I am in more pain than anyone could ever fathom. This is almost enough to think crazy thoughts. Not about harming myself, my body does enough of that as it is. Its just hard to get out of bed b/c99% of the time is just to difficult. 1 more thing all urine samples over the last 2 years have had blood and high white cell count, along with something else i dont remember. IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Im way to young to be suffering like this and i really dont know how much more i can take before i have a mental breakdown. Thanks Again.

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Jess, from your note it is difficult to assess the current status of endometriosis. If nothing works, the uterus can be surgically removed. The only drawback is that conception will not be possible afterwards. For kidney stones, by lithptripsy waves the stones are crushed which pass out with urine. The stones cause urinary tract infections that can be treated by urine cuture sensitivity test and a course of appropriate antibiotic as per culture report. With the antibiotic, sinus and respiratory infection may also get treated. Please consult a nephrologist for kidney stones and UTI. Also I would advice you to take some exercises regularly- walking for 40 minutes and pray to your GOD, you will be alright.

Summary of Medical Question:

Chronic Joint Pain

Posted by:

Grant Bradley

I have chronic joint pain. I have seen numerous doctors, and they are stumped. The pain is in all joints - shoulders, elbows, wrists, knuckles, hips, knees (worst), and ankles. The pain is constant. It helps to fidget and move around, but when I sit still, the pain is right back. If I exercise or do too much moving, the pain multiplies in strength and sometimes leaves me immobile. X-rays were normal. EKG was normal. Bone scan was normal. Uric acid test came back negative. Lyme Disease test came back negative. MRI of knee showed normal wear and tear, nothing that would cause pain. Blood work is all normal. Rheumatoid factor is normal. Joints have excellent movement and don't hurt to move. There is no inflammation in any of the joints. The pain cannot be touched; it is deep in the joint, not one place particularly. Doctors cannot find the reason for the pain. Please help me.

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Bradly, you have already ruled out rheumatoid arthritis, gout, injury, lyme disease etc. I have nothing else to suggest you. You may try www.justanswer.com

spine x-ray after TB treatment

Posted by:

viren

i have spine TB, there is erosion of body of 8th dorsal spine with paraspinal abscesses. i have completed all treatment of TB and now i have good health, but my x-ray still shows erosion of bodies from D6 to D9, how much time it take to get clean spine x-ray without erosion of bodies ?
what excersize i have to do after treatment of TB ?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Viren, you may start with spinal extension exercises. Exercises should be very gently. No forceful or painful movement should be done. Very gradually increase the range of spinal movements in all directons. Seek help of an orthopedic surgeon/ rehabilitation expert and a physiotherapist. It may take several years or even decades for x -ray picture to improve. Do not worry on account of that.

what are vitamin a where did it get from

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Deficiency of vitamin A can cause dryness of eyes, night blindness. It occurs among children in poor countries due to inadequate consumption of food. Children upto 5 years are given vitamin A syrup suppliment every 6 month. Vitamin A is available in milk, meat products (especially liver), yellow colored vegetables & fruits like papaya, carrot, organges. Those who get adequate food to eat are very unlikely to develop vitamin A deficiency.
