People have born tendencies to be heterosexual or homosexual and there is nothing wrong in either. Sex is only for adults so do not indulge in sex with teenagers or children. Secondly, multiple sex partners increase the chances of contacting sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV/ AIDS for which there is no treatment. Take precautions.

I am 23 years old female. My wrists appear extra small and look like a small child's wrists. I just put a measuring tape around my wrists and each wrist is 14 cm in circumference. My wrists have a constant mild pain nearly all the time. Sometimes when I bend my wrists to support the weight of my head they feel very weak. Please tell me what is wrong with my wrists.There is no swelling in my wrists. Other joints of my body are normal in size.

Hello My friend is suffering from very bad odour, it has been getting progressively worse and many people are complaining that they cannot be near her. We know that she showers regularly and uses deodrant but it does not help. She also has excessive amounts of hair on her face and clevage area, which I suspect may indicate a hormonal problem. Any ideas? Many Thanks

Everybody is unique and has peculiar odor. However, if there is very bad body odor, vaginal fungal/ yeast infection should be ruled out. If there is excessive sweating, thyroid functions should be tested. An opinion of skin specialist may be helpful.

Investigations may be repeated especially to rule out tuberculosis- sputum for AFB, x-ray chest, blood count etc. If all test come normal, it is worth trying a course of anti-tubercular treatment. Please consult a physician/ TB specialist.

Sever pain in lowere right abdomen could be due to stone (renal/ ureteric colic) or appendicities. Please get an ultrasonography abdomen done immediately and consult a surgeon. IUD is unlikely to be a cause of sever pain.
