Summary of Medical Question:

multilevel lower thoracic

Posted by:

Leisa

x ray report,
please explain what is ment (in simple terms)under the "impression" field that reads
Multilevel lower troracic and mid lumbar spine degenerative disc disease without malalignment or compression deformity. thank you in advance for any answers.
Leisa

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

With the advancing age our bones tend to degenrate. This is a normal process, happens in everybody- fast in some and slow in others. The x-ray show degenration of spinal cord bones. However their shape is still maintained and therefore pressure on the spinal cord (menifested by back ache) is unlikely.

I AM 25 YEAR OLD. I WANT TO GET MARRIED WITH 33 YEAR OLD WOMAN. ANY HEALTH PROBLEMS WILL COME IN FUTURE?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

There won't be any health problem to you or your baby. However, some women have menopause (stopage of menstruation) at 45- 50 years and they loose interest in sex . In this situation you will be quite young when she has menopause. All women do not loose interest after menopause.

Quantity : 1.5ML
Reaction : Alkaline
Time of Liquification : 45MTS
Totel Sperm Count : 12 Million
Motility after one Hours Ejaculation

deepesh1979@gmail.com

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Your sperm count is low and motility is also less. With this count the chances of your becoming father are poor. However, there are also pus cells in semen which indicate some infection in prostrate or seminal vesicle that can be treated. Please consult a urologist for the treatment.

I am a 27 year old male. I shake but not to where I can see it but like from the inside. It's mostly my legs and arms and lately my head. I can't see the shaking but I feel it.

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

It could be due to weakness. Take some strenuous exercises like jogging and take nutritious diet like fresh fruits and vegetables. It may become alright in few months. If there is no imprvoment, please get yourself examined by a physician (blood pressure) and invetigated (complete blood count, blood sugar, thyroid function tests etc).

Summary of Medical Question:

Suffering from soft erections

Posted by:

Jim

I am almost 50 years old and have been having soft erections for a number of years now. I get aroused easy and get erection very often, but they are semi hard erections. And whenever I attempt to have intercouse with my wife they instantly go even softer. I have seen and spoken to three doctors and have also seen a urologist. They all say that my penis is fine. Therefore how can I tell if my ongoing condition is mentally connect. I am in very good health.

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Firstly, with age the quality of erection reduces. Secondly, we need to rule out diabetes by taking blood sugar test. If blood suagr is high it should be corrected with diet control and drugs. If sugar is OK, you may try viagra/ cialis type of drugs for better erection.

pregnancy

i took a pregnancy test last night came out positive and i just wanted to double check and took another one this morning and it came out negative what do i do?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

If there is pregnancy, the test should come positive every time. You may repeat the test, if it is positive you may accept the finding. If it is negative, repeat after one week. If you want to be very sure, you may get your blood tested for pregnancy (hCG). That is more reliable.

Answer by voluntary user(s)

its a technical problem.dont'n take it seriously.go to authorised hosptital for pragnency test.and then check the result.

Summary of Medical Question:

pregnancy

Posted by:

katie

I had unprotected sex July 4th, & I am on birth control but i am very bad with taking the medicine at the EXACT time everyday. I am also on accutane and on July 11, got the monthly pee test that they do to check for pregnancy, i should have gotten my period but have not yet. i am stessing a lot though, and worked at a catering event the last week and have ate a lot of greasy food. could I be pregnant? or is my period late bc of my diet change for the 9 days, and not taking your birth control at the same time everyday does that make it not work?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Greasy food cannot make any change in menstruation. Delayed menstruation can be due to pregnancy. Please get your urine tested for pregnancy by home test kit. Pregnancy test kits are available with chemists/ pharmacy.

Summary of Medical Question:

My cycle is to close together

Posted by:

Netika Parker

My cycle is to close together. It has happened twice. First time it was 13 days apart. Now this time it was only 5 days apart. What's wrong? Why is this happening?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Occasional menstrual irregularity is not uncommon. But if this irregularity continues, we need to rule out any problem in uterus like fibroid or endometriosis. Observe for few more cycles and then consult a gynecologist.

stinging in abdomalnol

Posted by:

Susan

it strated with stinging when i urinated but now its more constant, ive booked an appointment but what can i do to ease the discomfort untill im diagnoised?

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

It seems to be urinary tract infection. You need to give a sample of your urine for culture and sensitivty test to a pathology laboratory. A sterile bottle for collection of urine will be provided by the lab. The report will come after 2 days. After giving the sample, you can start medicine- tablet norfloxacillin 400 mg twice daily. After the report comes, the drug can be changed as per report. In future take care against unprotected sex.

EM

high fever, 38-39 C, low back pain, pelvic pain, ovary pain, that come and go; from 14-19 July, relapsed yesterday 2nd August. menstruation due on 5 August.
Blood & urine tests neat.
what could be the problem?...

Answer by FreeMedicalHelpline.com

Tests to rule out typhoid(blood culture); malaria peripheral smear for malarial paracyte); urinary tract infection (urine culture) etc need to be done. If you can consult a gynecologist/ physician and get the tests done, it will be great. If you are unable to do so, try a course of antibiotics- tablet ciprofloxacillin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days. Tablet paracetamol - one whenever there is fever.
