Hamstring pain each morning

For the past 4-5 months, when I wake up, my hamstring hurts a lot. It hurts to walk 20 feet without resting in various positions to ease the pain. I can not sit comfortably. During the couse of the day, (sometimes 1-3 hours) the pain sussides and it feels quite normal. Obviously, something happens during the night that starts this cycle all over. I would think that I could do some exercises during the day that would slowly minimize or eliminate the problem. I am afraid of aggravating it by doing the wrong exercise. Can you help?? Thank you, BIll

Ulcers

Hi there,

I hope you can help me , I have been suffering from mouth ulcers on my toungue and mu gums. they are about 8mmto 10mm, also i appear with yellow tongue . The doctors have given me tablets aciclvoier, oralbase it works but comes back again . I dont know what to do about it because the doctors have given me blood tests and they are clear. Its getting on my nerves as i dont know what it is . Should i see a doctor on the privite healthcare . I dont know if it is my implanon as this can make your body unblanced.

Please help!!!!

I have burstitus on my upper thigh and I have an appointment to see a specialist in two weeks time. However, I am concerned that my foot and lower leg has started to get very cold and i am worried that i have circulation problems. Should i seek more urgent help? I broke my left foot and have been on crutches since the end of January, not sure if this is causing it but my right eyelid twitches all day long. It started about 2-3 weeks ago. I also got new glasses last week, however this twitch has been there since before the glasses can you please help it is so annoying! thanks

Head and eye problem

I have had this head problem for about 6 months now, and it usually happens about once a month, but it has now happened twice this week. It will start by me having problems seeing out of my left eye. It's like I went outside and stared at the sun, and then came back inside-- but it's only in my left eye. Then it will follow by a terrible headache in the back of my head that will happen for about 2 hours

Hi I am looking for some help I am having some lower left abdominal pain and some spotting. The lower left abdominal pain usually worsens when I urinate. This has never happened to me before so some advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
